Refund policy

Return period

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for refund

  • Product(s) must be in a new condition and original packaging unbroken.

  • Product(s) labels and protective seals must be untouched and in place.

  • Hygiene consumable products: This includes, but is not limited to: patches. We will not approve a refund once the product packaging has been opened or the seal has been removed.

  • Items received as part of a bundled promotion must be returned along with the main item, or their value will be deducted from the refund.

  • No restocking fee.

  • No final sale items are accepted for refund.

  • No items past their expiry date shown on package are accepted for refund.

Return process

The customer provides return shipping. To start a return process:

  • Send an email with subject: "Return: [order number]" to: support [at] peggy-world.com (replace with correctly formated email) and write the name and quantity of the product(s) that are being returned.
  • Pack the product(s) in their original envelope/package/box.
  • Place a note/paper in the original box with your name and address.
  • Pay your preferred shipping via your local post office or shipping service and send it to the following address: Peggy World AB c/o Flexisphere AB, Gärdevägen 11, 856 50 Sundsvall (Sweden)
  • Once received, we will check for refund eligibility and process the refund if approved.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refund processing times may vary. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days for returns to be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated conditions for an acceptable return.

Reseller purchases

Items purchased from a reseller cannot be returned or exchanged through our online store Pinknectarin.com. Please contact the reseller directly for assistance.

Warranty claims

You have the right to file a complaint about a product if the outer packaging is severely damaged or the content is damaged, provided that it is done within a reasonable time after a defect is discovered. This right to file a complaint applies to defects that can be traced back to the transportation, or to the product's manufacturing, and does not cover complaints about normal use of the product.
